Xingfa's Firsts
XINGFA has many firsts in aluminum industry from the end of 20th century to the beginning of 21st century.
- The first to run ERP modern management information network project;
- The first to set up the national accredited laboratory for aluminum profile;
- The first to establish the provincial key R&D center for aluminum profile engineering technology;
- The first to become provincial patent experimental enterprise and excellent provincial intellectual property enterprise;
- The first to set up provincial enterprise technology center;
- The first to establish workstation for postdoctoral scientific research.
R&D
XINGFA has its own R&D team. It's now owns 576 national patents, and over 40,000 types of products for customers to choose from.
XINGFA enlarge its production and sales capacity by independent research and development, and also cooperation with research institutes.
XINGFA's four technological innovation system, consisting of technology center, R&D center, physical and chemical testing center, and postdoctoral scientific research work station, guarantees its development capacity.
The cooperation with Tsinghua University, Southeast Institute of Physics, Central South University, Guangdong University of Technology, and Guangzhou Nonferrous Metals Research Institute, etc., is now under way. About Us
Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd., which is formerly known as Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Profile Factory, was established in 1984. As one of the earliest enterprises engaged in aluminium profile production in Mainland China, XINGFA is now a famous and large-scaled enterprise specialized in production of industrial aluminium profile and aluminium extrusions for architecture. It's the aluminium alloy production base designated by the Ministry of Construction of China.
Covering an area of 880,000 square meters, XINGFA has 39 production lines of aluminium profiles, and its yearly capacity reaches 150,000 tons. The main technical equipment and testing devices are all imported from Germany, UK, USA, Japan and Italy.
XINGFA owns 576 national patents, and over 40,000 types of products for customers to choose from. In 2009, Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. in Yichun city, and Xingfa Aluminium (Chengdu) Co., Ltd in Sichuan province are set up for market-expanding demand…
