How to Extrude Aluminium Extrusion Profile

aluminium profile shall be extruded in compliance with principle
Heating the aluminum bars at a temperature between 410°C to 500°C and heating the mould as well. After the preparation, the aluminium profile shall be extruded in compliance with the principle of low speed at the high temperature and high speed at the low temperature.
The aluminium profiles should be corrected and stretched through the cold-formed shape in order to remove defects such as bending and twisting as well as the peau derange and uneven surface.
conducted with aging treatment according to the aging process

The sectional material should be cut with a saw according to the processing length size defined by production- scheduling table strictly. After the sawing the sectional material should be conducted with aging treatment according to the aging process system strictly in order to improve the alloy hardness.
The extruded aluminium profile sections needed not to have surface treatment further should be packaged , sent into a warehousing after the series measurements in aspect of length and hardness completed. These needed to have surface treatment should be sent to branches for surface treatment.
