The extruded aluminum profile will be added with low thermal conductivity spacers between their internal and external high thermal conductivity material as a bridge-broken processing which will allow the products meeting the requirement of heat insulation. There are two ways for the bridge-broken processing
the bridge-broken processing with the addition of strips
The extruded aluminum profile will be treated with the tooth-openning, aiming at improving its resisting shear after the compound of insulation strip with sectional material. The rubber insulations should be inserted into the space between the two aluminium profile suppliers
, which should be compounded with insulation strip by the way of rolling depression. The products treated with the bridge-broken processing should be sampled for the inspection of resisting shear. Then packed and sent into a warehousing after the examination passed.
the bridge-broken processing with plastic injection
The plastic-injection hole of the sectional material should be sealed. Eliasson Glue A and B made in America should be mixed and sampled and then the plastic injection should be conducted. The temperature of the sectional material and glue should be controlled within 40°C to 50 °C to ensure the temperature is not too low to lead the colloidal brittle.
The basic material located on both sides of the sectional material should be cut off in order to get a new type of the sectional material. The aluminium profiles treated with the bridge-broken processing should be sampled for the inspection of resisting shear. Then packed and sent into a warehousing after the examination passed.
