Features

1.Anodized is a chemical reaction of aluminium profiles. After the cleaning process, workers will transfer ready products into electrolytic solution. An aluminum oxide film will be formed on the surface. The surface colour may change from time to time, shining to dark. This process will stop once the colour achieves order requirement.

2.Electrophoresis surface treatment is a process stage after anodizing. It’s to form another chemical film with aluminum oxide. After that, aluminium profiles will be heated to 180 defree celsius for solidifying.

4.PVDF stands for poly vinylidene fluoride, a type of chemical material. This process is a surface treatment that spraying PVDF on the surface of aluminium profiles. Before spraying PVDF, aluminium profile needs to be chromed. After chromizing, aluminum profiles turn out in gold. Chrome oxide film may increase the adhesion of PVDF material. Once profiles are drying out, they are ready for PVDF spraying. PVDF spraying has three categories, ‘2 layers’, 3 layers’, and ‘4 layers’. After the PVDF material drys out, aluminium profile will be ready for packaging.
