Aluminium profile has alumina film on the surface of aluminium extrusion profiles, because of the electrolysis happened during the anodic oxidation. The anodized aluminium profile will be tinted with electrolysis, which can make out a variety of colors. The squeezed aluminum extruded sections should be put on the conductive shelf first. The aluminum profiles should be cleaned many times at the pre-treatment zone according to the procedure to remove the surface oil contaminant. Then they sent into the electrolyte solution in order to make alumina film on the surface using electrolysis. The anodized aluminum profile needed to be tinted with electrolysis. The colour will change from shallow to deep by this way. A variety of colors will appear. After the hole-sealing treatment against the alumina film has been conducted the aluminum profiles should be treated with drip-dry.
