Denmark Maersk Group Uses Xingfa Aluminium Container Body Profile
China as the world largest container manufactures, continuously deliver goods around the world via cargoes. The advantages of aluminium containers are high strength, volume, overlapped storage. Containers are most quantity medium of transport because more 80% value of world total transport are delivered by containers.
The China manufacture of container started in the 1970s. By the development of transport and the demand for containers, more and more goods are now delivered by a refrigerator container that was transported by traditional refrigerator ships. Railways and road transports are containerized and the demand for refrigerator containers are also increased.
1.Containers material are mostly series 6061 & 6082 aluminium profiles
Reefer containers are a mobile refrigerator that designed for keep goods (such as shrimps, meat, fresh fruits, veggies and drugs) in a certain temperature during transport. They are mostly made of steel and aluminium alloy. The first application of aluminium profiles flats on steel structure containers was in the 1960s by American companies Fruehauf、Trailmobile.
Aluminium profile is stable in low temperature, non-reactable with oil, gas and other chemical liquids, easy surface treatment. By acknowledging of low, stable temperature features and the development of elaborating riveting, the usage of aluminium profiles is simplifying constructions, lowering cost and maintenance of complicated container spare parts. Therefore, the use of aluminium profiles are becoming more and more popular and being well-known industrial recognition.
Aluminium container body profile is made of Al alloy series 6061, 6082, 6351, 6005, 6063 and 6060. More than 90% of containers are made or 6061 and 6082 aluminium alloy due to its hardness and riveting performances. They are made floors, connectors, rails, suspensions, ventilation and so on.

Xingfa also participated in the editing of Q/XCNB10.04-2002<Reefer Containers Aluminium Profiles Standards>(China Metal Committee Serial Number YSQB00219). The world largest container shipping company Maersk Group in Denmark and China reefer container shipping company CIMC in Shanghai are using Xingfa aluminium profiles. It clarifies that Xingfa aluminium profiles have a strong market position worldwide.
