Q:How thick is the film of powder coating?

A:Up to 60μm.

Q:What's the aluminium alloy do your factory produce?

A:We produce 6063, 6060, 6063A, 6463A, 6463, 6061, 6106, 6101,6005, 6351.

Q:How to choose architectural aluminium profile?

A:1)Check the product quality certificate. Pay attention to the date, specification, official seal, technical specifications.

   2) Be careful for the surface of products. Do not appear obvious scratch, bubble and so on.

   3) Pay attention to the thickness of products.

   The thickness of window profile is not more than 1.2mm. The thickness of door profile is not more than 2.0mm.

   4) Pay attention to the coating film. The film of anodizing profile must be more than 17μm. The film of powder coating must be more than 60μm. The film of PVDF must be more than 30μm.

   5)The users in coastal region should choose electrophoresis profile, powder coating profile and PVDF profile.
